Where and when is the next Academy?
We have decided to move to hosting only the intimate Brides of the Round Table as of May 2021. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter to be updated when registration opens! One day we will host our weekend events again, but until then, be on the lookout!
Who should attend the Academy?
The Academy is designed for any bride who is in the beginning stages of her wedding planning. But we know a marvelous wedding always requires help! We welcome all mothers, sisters, maids-of-honor and best friends that have a hand in the process. It’s a wonderful way to bond before the big day while learning the ins and outs of effective, stress-free planning!
How many people typically attend?
In order to create a personalized experience and ensure every question finds an answer, we offer up to 35 seats at each Academy. We find that the intimate setting promotes more open communication and all kinds of community building! Plus, we get to shower you with gifts and attention!
Can I purchase a ticket as a gift?
Oh, absolutely! We love when grooms gift the Academy experience to their new fiancés, or brides treat their mothers to a special day together.
Just send us an email (link to email) and we can create a special voucher for you to wrap up with a beautiful bow for your loved one.
I will not know anyone, should I still attend by myself?
Of course, we can’t wait to welcome you! All of our attendees already have one big, important thing in common. They are each marrying the love of their lives, and they’re planning the most important day. Talk about a conversation starter! We also make sure to incorporate group activities throughout the day, so you’ll make new friends in no time!
What does my registration include?
Your registration perks begin as soon as you walk in the door, with a swag bag valued at over $200, overflowing with gifts and personalized surprises. Then, as we dive into our busy schedule, you will get invaluable one on one interaction with our incredible educators.
And don’t worry, we love snacks as much as you do! We’ll make sure the treats are stocked for you all day, along with breakfast, lunch and beverages.

Are payment plans available?

Can I register at the door?
Making each Academy intimate and special takes quite a bit of planning! So that we can continue to wow our guests with personalized surprises and fabulous educators, tickets can only be purchased in advance.
What should I expect?
The Academy is the perfect time to step away from your busy life to learn, reflect and celebrate! Please expect to be enlightened, spoiled with surprises, and supported by a community of women and industry experts. We encourage all questions, however small they may seem, and welcome the exploration of new ideas!
There will be opportunities for one-on-one conversations with educators, group talks that are packed with gems of advice, and heartfelt bonding with other attendees. You should expect to walk away with the knowledge and tools you need to create your dream wedding efficiently, from negotiating with vendors to picking the right flowers for your color scheme.
What should I wear?
We want you to feel your absolute best, whether that means your favorite jeans and a soft tee, or a sundress and sandals! There will be plenty of photo opportunities!
If the weather permits, we always opt to take advantage of the beautiful sunshine, so sunglasses are recommended. A light jacket or sweater is always a great idea.
What should I bring?
Most importantly, bring an open mind and your excitement to learn! Don’t forget that list of questions on all things wedding planning. Your smartphone is essential for taking pictures and participating in our Instagram contest! We’ll provide you with a cute notebook and pen for jotting down plenty of notes.
Brides are encouraged to bring their support team to experience the Academy with them, so grab a seat for your mom, aunt, sister or best friend!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
No problem at all! Let us know at registration and we will happily accommodate you.

Can I cancel my registration?
Refunds are not available at this time.
